On a cul-de-sac = safer especially for kids riding their bikes. Next Roof. Brand new with a tranferable warrantee. Has accordion shutters throughout so with the new roof, your insurance will be lower. The current homeowner is the original and their taxes are homesteaded which means they are currently 1/3 of the amount they will be. Low HOA fees. Your monthly payment on this home should be much less than others in this price range. Since I mentioned price; we just lowered it which makes this home very well priced for the size of the home that it is. There are many other reasons to buy this home but you will have to come see that for yourself!
