I'm so glad to have met Patty as my neighbor and as a Real Estate Professional.  Patty helped Market my property when I decided to sell, moving out of state. 

She helped me with so many things: gave me ideas on how to stage my home, gave me feedback on all showings, negotiated with the buyers offers, and mostly fielded questions and helped lessen my stress and anxiety.  She was very professional with my transaction. 

Patty also helped in my purchase of a new property when I returned to South Florida.  I was not able to see the property in person.
